A place of old history and rich culture here is one of the major attractions was Kastamandap Temple a temple built from the wood of a single tree. Pashupatinath Temple is one of the famous Hindus temple in Kathmandu city. It was dedicated to Lord Pashupati (means Lord of Animals) familiarly known as Lord Shiva. Best Time To Visit Swayambhunath Temple

In Swayambhunath religious festivals, Buddha Jayanth of April/May and Losar of Feb/March are the best time to visit this temple.
