Overview

Mt. Everest is regarded are the highest mountain in the world. Everest View Trekking is one of the most favored treks in Nepal with impressive mountains views including Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse and Mt. Amadablam from Everest View Hotel which is located in Khumjung village. It is a gateway from Lukla to go to the world’s largest Tengboche Monastery. The Everest View Trekking gives you a great experience to observe the highest peak of the world within a short period of time. The Everest View Trekking takes you to the stunning views of the Everest range. You’ll have beautiful scenes of lush valleys and extraordinary views of rivers, trek over the suspension bridge and locate different flora and fauna. Mt. Everest is located between Nepal and China i.e. Southside Everest and Northside Everest. Southside lies in Nepal and is known as the mother of base camp since many trekkers from different parts of the world come to trek this area. Northside Everest lies in Tibet and is a little hard to trek since it requires a permit from the government to trek.

Our journey to Everest View Trekking begins in Kathmandu. We take a scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla with beautiful Ariel views of different mountains and settlements. Lukla is known as one of the busiest mountain airports of Nepal that lies at an altitude of 2,840 m. The region is known as a gateway to trek towards the Everest region. After reaching Lukla, we move towards Sagarmatha National Park that preserves different flora and fauna. We trek through the beautiful sight of dense pine forest, rhododendron flowers, and different wildlife on the way to Namche Bazaar. After acclimation at Namche Bazaar, we continue our journey towards Tengboche Monastery which is the largest Buddhists Monastery in the Khumbu region. Heading towards Khumbu village will give us opportunities to have a sight of the cultural village and settlements of the Sherpa people. We take different shots from the Everest view hotel that is located in the Khumjung village. Our tour ends back in Kathmandu from Lukla.

Day by Day Itinerary

30 min from airport to hotel Bed & Breakfast 3 Star hotel or similar

Once you arrive in Kathmandu, a representative will pick you up and transfer you to a hotel. We’ll discuss the tour later. In the evening we’ll serve you a welcome dinner that introduces Nepali food culture.


Flight 25 min, 3-4 hrs walk All meals [Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Tea/Coffee] Tea-House / Lodge

Substantially, the flight to Lukla is better in the morning. We’ll have around 40 minutes flight towards Lukla from Kathmandu with beautiful views of white peaks and cultural villages. After breakfast in Lukla, we start our trek that goes down to Ghat and gradually towards Phakding. Overnight at Phakding.


6-7 hrs All meals [Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Tea/Coffee] Tea-House / Lodge

The next morning, we continue our trek towards Namche Bazaar. The trek might be a little bit hard today since we have to walk around 6 hours over the bride and different pine forests. We’ll take lunch after we reach the National Park checkpoint at Jorshalle and then continue our hike towards Namche Bazaar. Overnight at Namche Bazaar.


3-4 hrs All meals [Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Tea/Coffee] Tea-House / Lodge

After an early breakfast, our journey continues towards Everest View Hotel which is the best place to observe the mesmerizing view of Mt. Everest and its neighboring Himalayas and Mountains. The trail goes towards the uphill with the views of Mt. Everest, Amadadbla, Kongde, Thamserku and many more. We’ll return to Namche Bazaar for overnight.


5-6 hrs All meals [Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Tea/Coffee] Tea-House / Lodge

Early in the morning, we trek towards Tengboche which has Tengboche Monastery, the largest monastery in the Khumbu region. The trail goes through pine and rhododendron forests with the smells of blooming flowers that smells so good on you. Overnight in Tengboche.


4-5 hrs All meals [Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Tea/Coffee] Tea-House / Lodge

While returning to Namche Bazaar, we should walk towards downhill to Phungitenga and continue towards the flat trail to Namche Bazaar. You may visit the Everest National Park Museum that is located on the top of the hill. Overnight at Namche Bazaar.


6-7 hrs All meals [Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Tea/Coffee] Tea-House / Lodge

The next morning, we trek towards Lukla passing the same Jorshalle, Manjo, Ghar, and Chaurikharka. We’ll have lunch in Phakding. Overnight at Lukla.


30 min. flight Bed & Breakfast 3 Star hotel or similar

After an early breakfast, we take a flight towards Kathmandu. After reaching Kathmandu, you may do some shopping for gifts and clothes for your family and friends. Overnight at Kathmandu.


30 min drive from hotel to airport Breakfast

Today, our Everest View Trek comes to an end. After an early breakfast and hotel checkout, a representative will help you with your final departure.
