Overview
Everest Base Camp Trekking offers an astounding mountain views with the glimpses of the lifestyle of world famous mountain climbers, the Sherpas. The Everest Base Camp Trekking gives access to the Sagarmatha National Park which is enlisted in UNESCO World Heritage Site. There are different Himalayas and Mountains present by the side of Mt. Everest. Kalapatthar is a mountain near to Mt. Everest which is famous for accessing the views of panoramic views of Everest and the other Himalayas. Sherpas are the best guide for climbing the Mt. Everest. Besides, the Khumbu glacier is also one of the pieces of attraction for the tourists towards the area.
The 16 days Everest Base Camp Trekking itinerary is designed for the trekkers who are in good health and have average physical fitness. As the Base Camp is situated in the high altitude, a trekker needs to be well prepared for the problems and conditions that may arise while trekking the Everest Base Camp. You should take properly required gears before trekking. Some may suffer from several headaches. Drinking enough water can help them to get rid of several pains.
Our journey starts from Kathmandu Valley. We fly towards Lukla airport from Kathmandu and trek towards the route of Phakding. We go straight towards Namche bazaar where we can get exciting views of different mountains that force us to capture each and every moment in our cameras. Moving towards Dingboche through the route of Tengboche, we go straight towards Kalapatthar. After sightseeing the views of different beautiful mountains, we trek back to Namche Bazaar through Pheriche and then back to Lukla. Our journey ends back in Kathmandu.
Day by Day Itinerary
30 min Bed-Breakfast 3 Star hotel or similar
As soon you arrive in Kathmandu, a representative will pick you up and transfer you to a hotel. We’ll discuss the tour later in afternoon. In the evening, you’ll be served special dinner that introduces Nepali food culture
5-6 hrs All Meal Breakfast/lunch/dinner ] Tea/Coffee Tea House/Lodge
After an early breakfast, we take a flight to Lukla. We start our trek from Lukla towards Phakding. The trail goes through different cultural villages with beautiful scenes of different mountains including Mt. Khumbila. We stay overnight in Phakding.

The trek towards Namche Bazaar goes through pine forests and up to the Benkar Valley in the North. Before reaching Everest National Park, we need to cross Dudh Koshi River and pass Chumoa and Monjo Villages. We reach Namche Bazaar after crossing a suspension bridge. We stay overnight in Namche Bazaar.

Today is our acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar. We can tour Namche Bazaar and observe different natural beauties of Everest and Khumbu region. The place gives beautiful scenes of the different Himalayas including Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse and many more.

The next day, we continue our trek towards Tengboche village which has Tengboche monastery, the biggest monastery of the Everest region. We can observe different Buddhists ceremonies while staying in Tengboche.

Our trail goes towards Dingboche through the trail of lush forests of birch, confer and rhododendron trees. We get admire good views of Mt. Everest, Lhotse and Ama Dablam. We stay overnight in Dingboche.

Today our trek goes towards the steep terminal of the Khumbu Glacier. We pass through boulder-strewn slopes and trek towards Chupki Lhara which is the ridge that provides spectacular views of different mountains. We stay overnight in Lobuche.

Today we’ll trek towards the Everest Base Camp. The trek is not very difficult as we walk through a lot of meandering on rough terrains and enjoy different incredible melt patterns and rounded towers on the upper part of Khumbu region. After visiting Everest Base Camp, we walk backward to Gorakshep for night stay.

Early in the morning, we walk towards Kala Patthar which has a beautiful view of Mt. Everest in its background. After observing the beautiful mountain scenes, we walk towards Pheriche to stay overnight.

The next morning, we walk back to Namche Bazaar with a lot of ups and downs on the way. We walk through a hillside with different rhododendron and juniper trees. We stay overnight in Namche Bazaar.

Our trek continues towards Lukla on a rocky terrain. We walk on the trail alongside Dudh Koshi River. We cross suspension bridges and pass by several monasteries before reaching Lukla. We stay overnight in Lukla.
45 min Bead- Breakfast 3 Star hotel or similar
Early in the morning, after breakfast, we fly towards Kathmandu. We get beautiful ariel views of different mountains on the way. We stay overnight in Kathmandu.
Our Everest Base Camp tour comes to an end this day. A representative will help you with your final departure.
